All of our volunteers undertake volunteer essential training including safeguarding training which allows us to safeguard the children, young people and adults we support as well as protecting the volunteers themselves.

We provide supervision to our volunteers, which includes reflective practice.  This allows volunteers to develop their own skills and strengths, whilst ensuring they are well equipped and supported to undertake their role.

Volunteers will be supported by the Participation Lead and Volunteer Coordinator through regular catch ups and supervisions.
