Managing the Club’s income and expenditure in accordance with club rules.
Producing an end of year financial report at the AGM.
Regularly reporting back to the club committee on all financial matters.
Setting and monitoring of financial planning and forecast.
Ensure everyone handling money keeps proper records and documentation.
Arranging handover or succession planning for the position.
Ensure adequate financial systems and controls are in place.
Monitor the systems for bookkeeping, receipts payments and petty cash.
