Service Delivery Volunteers work alongside our staff teams to provide support to victims of crime helping them to move beyond crime via emotional and practical support both face to face and online.

Suitable for -
To support Chinese Arts and Culture Centre in Telford to use social media to tell more people about what they do and how they get involved.
The role will involve:
• Using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube to promote the work of the centre
• Creating and editing videos
• Creating engaging messages and uploading onto social media sites
• Supporting the centre with their marketing strategy and actions
This role could mainly be carried out at home although going to events and visiting the centre will sometimes be required. We need someone who is interested in social media and has some experience of using it for businesses. It would be beneficial for someone to have an interest in Chinese culture and the work that the centre carries out. The role is flexible but ideally we would need someone to work on a regular basis, around 2-3 hours a week.
Regular support and on the job training will be provided.
