We rely on our brilliant volunteers who give their time to help our charity in so many ways. There are many great volunteering opportunities to get involved in, even an hour makes a big difference.

Our volunteers can transform the lives of people living with sight loss, whether it is raising our puppies, sighted guiding, collecting funds or cheering on our event participants. There really is something for everyone!

We recognise the extraordinary efforts of all of our volunteers and we're really proud to have achieved the Investing in Volunteers accreditation for good practice in volunteer management.

We know that without our volunteers, our charity could not continue its life changing work. We need your help.

We are looking for:

Fundraisers in the Telford and Wrekin area.

Assist the local fundraising team and promoting and taking part in events and activities. Flexible time commitment

Dealing with face-to-face, phone and online enquiries, supported by the team.

Reception and front of house duties, helping around the cashier desk.

Completing administration procedures accurately.

Arranging collections of donations via our local van teams.

Event Volunteer

Luv2MeetU and HFT are a charity working with adults with learning disabilities and or autism to provide a fulfilling and engaging life to ensure the best possible experiences and individual requirements for the people we support.

Luv2MeetU (part of the HFT charity) are starting an exciting new programme of face to face and virtual events based at the HFT Forbes Close supported living housing.

We are looking for volunteers to help support these events, anything from karaoke to clay modelling to yoga!

We will work with you depending on the time you have to give to ensure you benefit too either with something special for your CV, training or just knowing that you are helping immeasurably to enhance the lives of the adults we support.
