Wednesday Wizards after school club.

We have vacancies for a couple of volunteers to assist our Team Leader with the Wednesday Wizards after school club.

What would you do

There are various activities including indoor games, board games, arts & crafts, (occasional) cookery, outdoor games and visit to local play park. If you have other suggestions they would be welcomed.

You would be working in small groups of 5 or 6 children aged between 5- 11.

Light refreshments are offered within the session.

Time

3.15pm until 5.15pm  term time only.

Allsports Coaches Coaching Academy are a not for profit social enterprise providing training to military veterans and former emergency service workers to become sports coaches and mentors  HELPING CHILDREN RECOVER THEIR CHILDHOOD by delivering  GREAT COACHING CHANGING LIVES

We have opportunities for volunteers with experience in social media marketing and general administration.

Candidates would be home based and hours would be flexible.

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic volunteers who can help our local Councillors and Residents to get involved in our local climate change projects. 

This includes basic practical hands on work where needed such as litter picking/scrub clearance, bug hotels, creating wildflower meadows.

We need help in the following areas:

1) Civil Engineering

2) Bricklaying/stone masonry

3) Fundraising

4) dealing with Local Authorities

5) organising events

6) taking minutes

7) carpentry

8)3 phase electrical installation

9) plumbing

10) heating and ventilating

11) internal/external painting

12) plastering

13) driving plant/equipment

14) vehicle maintenance

15) updating Social Media platforms
