Transition Telford is a registered charity and part of the Transition Towns Network. We are a local voluntarily run charity taking small community steps to tackle big global issues.

We hold a seed swap, a plant sale and a harvest event every year. We are active in projects tackling food waste, energy, transport. We work closely with the Climate Action Hub, Telford Repair Cafe and support and promote community gardens and orchards. We work with Shropshire Good Food Partnership and promote sustainable food production.
